Ghar Mein Hari Mirch Ugane Ka Tarika
Mirch ki mukhtalif iqsam hain. Lekin yahan baat ho rahi hai hari
mirch ki. Yeh hamare khanon ka ek aham hissa hai. Is ke baghair hamare masaledaar
pakwan bhi adhoore lagte hain.

1. Mirch Ke Achhi Quality Ke Beej
Sab se pehle aap ko mirch ke beej khareedne hain. Aap kisi
bhi nursery ya beej ki dukan se achi quality ke mirch ke beej khareed sakte
hain. Behtar yeh hai keh aap aise beej khareedein jo aap ke ilaaqe ke mosam ke
mutabiq hon.
Note: Aap kisi sokhi hui mirch se bhi beej nikaal kar istemal
kar sakte hain.
2. Kiyari Ya Gamle
Aap ke paas zameen ka ek chhota sa tukra hona chahiye jahan
par aap mirchon ke poday ugane ke liye ek kiyari bana saken. Mirch ke podon ko
gamlon mein bhi ugaya ja sakta hai. Aap ke paas ya to gamle hon ya phir kiyari
banane ke liye jagah honi chahiye.
Note: Mirch ke poday ko aisi mitti pasand hoti hai jo narm ho
aur achi tarah se pani ko jazb kar sakti ho.
Mirch Ke Podon Ki Paneeri Tayar Karna
Sab se pehle aap ne mirch ke podon ki paneeri tayar karni
hai. Is ke liye aap ne mirch ke beejon ko chhote chhote gamlon ya “Seed Tray”
mein bona hai. Har gamle mein aap ne sirf ek se do beej bone hain. Bejon ko
mitti se half inch (ek inch ka adha) gehra daba dein.
1. Pani Ka Chirkao
Beej bone ke baad in ko pani dena hai. Pani spray bottle se
dena behtar hota hai taake beej apni jagah se na hilein. Lekin hath se bhi pani
ka chhirkao kiya ja sakta hai. Mitti ko nam (moist) rakhen lekin zyada geeli na
hone dein.
2. Direct Dhoop Na Ho
Gamlon ko kisi aisi jagah par rakhen jahan direct dhoop na parti
ho. Lekin kisi roshni wali jagah par rakhna hai.
Kuch dino mein beejon se chote chote poday nikalne lagen ge. In
chote chote podon ko mirch ke podon ki paneeri kehte hain.
Mirch Ke Podon Ki Paneeri Lagana
Jab yeh poday thore bare ho jayen aur har poday par 4 se 5
patte bhi aa jayen to aap ne in podon ko chote gamlon ya “Seed Tray” se nikaal
kar bare gamlon mein ya kiyari mein laga dena hai. Is amal ko mirchon ki
paneeri lagana kehte hain.
Note: Podon ko ek doosre se thore thore faasle par lagana
hai. Is se podon ki growth achi hoti hai aur podon par phal zyada lagta hai.
Mirchon Ke Podon Ki Zaroori Dekh-Bhaal
1. Mirchon Ke Podon Ko Pani Kab Aur Kitna Dete Hain?
In podon ko pani sirf tab dena hai jab mitti ki oper wali satah
khushk lage. Mirchon ke podon ko zyada pani dene se podon ki jarrein (roots)
kharab ho sakti hain.
2. Mirch Ke Podon Ko Kitni Dhoop Ki Zaroorat Hoti Hai?
Mirchon ke podon ko din mein kam se kam 5 se 6 ghante ki
dhoop ki zaroorat hoti hai. Is liye podon ki kiyari kisi aisi jagah par banayen
jahan podon ko din mein 5 se 6 ghante ki dhoop mil sake. Agar aap gamlon mein
uga rahe hain to gamlon ko bhi kisi aisi hi jagah par rakhen.
3. Kya Mirch Ke Podon Ko Khaad Ki Zaroorat Hoti Hai?
Mirchon ke podon ko kisi khaad ki zaroorat nahin hoti. Lekin
mitti ki quality ko behtar banane ke liye aap kabi kabi gobar ki khaad istemal
kar sakte hain. Is se podon ki growth achi ho gi aur podon par mirchein bhi zyada
lagen gi.

Jab poday bare ho jayen gay to in podon par phool nikalna
shuru ho jayen ge. Jab in podon par phool aana shuru ho jayen to is ka matlab
hai keh bohat jald hi mirchein lagne wali hain.
Mirchon Ko Kab Tor Kar Istemal Kiya Ja Sakta Hai?
Phool nikalne ke kuch hi dino ke baad phoolon se choti choti mirchein banna shuru ho jayen gi. Jab mirchein size mein barh jayen aur in ka rang gehra ho jaye to aap in ko tor kar istemal kar sakte hain. Apne ghar mein ugai hui tazi mirchon ka sawad hi alag hota hai.
