Lahsun Lagane Ka Mukammal Tarika

Lahsun ko English mein “Garlic” kaha jata hai. Lahsun har kitchen ki zaroorat hai. Koi bhi kitchen, khaas tor par Pakistan aur India mein, aisa nahin ho ga jis mein lahsun mojood na ho ya jis mein lahsun istemal na kiya jata ho.

Lahsun ko ugana bohat hi aasan hai. Aap lahsun ko apne chote se baagiche (garden) mein uga sakte hain. Is ke ilawa aap ghamlon mein bhi lahsun laga sakte hain.

Lahsun Ugane Ya Lagane Ke Liye Zaroori Cheezein

1. Zameen

Lahsun ugane ke liye sab se pehli zaroori cheez hai zameen. Lahsun ke liye narm aur zarkhaiz mitti (fertile soil) wali zameen behtar rehti hai. Aisi zameen jis mein pani jaldi jazb ho jata ho is ke liye behtar hoti hai. Kyon keh pani khara hone se lahsun ki jarein (roots) gal sakti hain.

2. Lahsun Ki Ganth (Bulb)

Lahsun ugane ke liye aap ko lahsun ki ganthon ko tor kar cloves ko alag alag karna hota hai. Har clove ek beej ka kaam karti hai. In cloves ko mitti mein lagaya jata hai. Har clove se lahsun ka ek poda nikalta hai.

3. Waqt

Lahsun ugane ka sab se acha aur sahi waqt sardiyon ka mosam hai. Yani October se November ke darmiyan. Yeh woh waqt hai jab mosam thanda hona shuru hota hai.

1. Mitti Ki Tayari

Sab se pehle zameen ya ghamle ki mitti ko narm kar len. Is mein thori si gobar ki khaad bhi shamil kar len. Is se mitti zarkhaiz ho jaye gi. Is ke baad mitti ko level kar len.

2. Cloves Ko Mitti Mein Lagana

Mitti ko tayar aur level karne ke baad, lahsun ki cloves len aur un ko mitti mein 1 se 2 inch ki gehrai (depth) tak laga den. Har clove ke darmiyan 4 se 6 inch ka fasla rakhen. Is se lahsun ke podon ki growth behtar ho gi.

3. Cloves Lagane Ka Sahi Tarika

Clove lagate waqt is ka nokeela hissa oper ki taraf aur jaron wala hissa neeche ki taraf hona chahiye. Aap tasveer mein dekh sakte hain clove ke nokeele hisse ko circle kiya hua hai. Yeh hissa oper ki taraf hona chahiye.

4. Pani Dena

Lahsun ki cloves lagane ke baad foran halka halka pani den.

Lahsun ki fasal ki behtar growth ke liye in baaton ka khayal rakhen:

1. Pani Kab Dena Hai?

Lahsun ko zyada pani ki zaroorat nahin hoti. Sirf tab pani dena hai jab mitti thori thori sookhne lage. Zyada pani se lahsun ki jarein gal jati hain.

2. Khaad Kab Deni Hai?

Lahsun ko barhne ke liye zyada khaad ki zaroorat nahin hoti. Bas shuru mein thori si gobar ki khaad kafi hai.

3. Kiyari Ko Saaf Rakhen

Lahsun ke podon ke darmiyan se ghaas-phoos (weeds) ko nikaalte rahen. Kiyari mein lahsun ke podon ke ilawa koi jari-booti waghera nahin honi chahiye. Kiyari ko saaf rakhne se lahsun ki growth behtar ho gi.

Lahsun Ki Fasal Kitne Waqt Mein Tayar Ho Jati Hai?

Lahsun ki fasal taqreeban 6 se 8 mahine mein tayar ho jati hai. Jab poday ke patte (leaves) peele ho kar sookhna shuru ho jayen to is ka matlab hai keh lahsun nikaalne ke liye tayar hai.

Ahtiyat (carefully) se lahsun ko zameen se nikaal len aur dhoop mein sukha kar istemal karen.
