Palak Ugane Ka Asan Aur Mukammal Tarika
Palak ko English mein “Spinach” kaha jata hai. Palak ek bohat
hi mashhoor sabzi hai. Is ki wajah yeh hai keh palak se banai jane wali dishes ki
ek lambi fehrist hai. Jesa keh palak gosht, palak paneer, aalo palak, palak
daal, palak pakora aur palak ka saag waghera.
Lekin kya aap jaante hain keh palak ek aisi sabzi hai jo ghar
mein aasani se ugai ja sakti hai. Palak ko ugane ke liye bohat zyada mehnat ki
zaroorat nahin hoti.
Aap ise apne chhote se baagh mein uga sakte hain. Aap ise gamlon
(pots) mein bhi uga sakte hain. Is mazmoon mein aap ko roman Urdu mein palak
ugane ka tarika bataya jaye ga.
Palak Ugane Ke Liye Zaroori Cheezen
1. Palak Ka Beej
Palak ugane ke liye aap ke paas palak ka beej hona chahiye.
Palak ka beej aasani ke sath bazar se mil jata hai. Aap kisi bhi nursery ya
store se palak ke beej khareed sakte hain.
2. Jagah Ya Zameen
Beej ke baad doosra number aata hai jagah ka. Palak ugane ke liye
aap ke paas zameen ka koi tukra ya kiyari honi chahiye. Aap is ko gamlon mein
bhi uga sakte hain.
Palak Ugane Ka Tarika Step By Step
1. Palak Ugane Ke Liye Sahi Waqt
Palak ugane ke liye sab se behtareen waqt October se le kar March
tak hota hai. Is mosam mein palak jald aur achhi tarah barhti hai.
2. Palak Ugane Ke Liye Mitti (Soil) Ki Tayyari
Palak ugane ke liye mitti halki aur behtar honi chahiye. Is
mein thori si khaad (fertilizer) shamil kar len. Gamlon mein ugane ke liye, aap
barabar miqdar mein mitti aur khaad mila sakte hain.
3. Palak Ke Beej (Seeds) Bona
Palak ke beej bone ka behtareen tarika yeh hai keh beej 1 se 2
inch zameen mein gehre boen. Beej ke darmiyan 3 se 4 inch tak ka fasla rakhen. Agar
aap line mein bo rahe hain to har line ke darmiyan 1 feet ka fasla rakhen. Beej
bone ke baad mitti ko halke halke hath se daba dein aur phir pani dein.
4. Pani Kab Aur Kitna Dena Hai?
Palak ko rozana pani ki zaroorat hoti hai. Mitti ko hamesha
thora sa num (moist) rakhen. Lekin bohat zyada pani bhi nahin dena. Kyun keh is
se podon ki jarain gal sakti hain. Jab aap dekhen ke mitti ki ooperi satah
(surface) thori khushk ho rahi hai to pani dein.
5. Khaad Kab Aur Kitni Deni Hai?
Beej lagane ke 20 se 25 din ke baad aap thori si khaad de
sakte hain. Is ke liye liquid fertilizer ya compost tea ka istemal behtar hota
hai. Is se palak ke patte (leaves) baray aur hare-bhare hote hain.
Palak Ki Katai Ka Sahi Waqt Aur Tarika
Palak ke patte taqreeban 25 se 30 din mein kaatne ke qabil ho
jate hain. Jab patte istemal karne ke qabil ho jayen to aap unhein neeche se
kaat sakte hain. Jab aap patton ko kaat rahe hon to bahir ke patton ko kaat lein
aur andar ke chhote chhote patton ko barhne ke liye chhor dein.
Note: Palak ki katai karte waqt poora poda (plant) na ukharen. Aap ne sirf patte kaatne hain. Poday ko jar (root) se nahin ukharna. Is tarah aap jab chahien palak ke taza patte kaat kar istemal kar sakte hain.
