Dhaniya Ugane Ka Aasan Tarika
Har Pakistani aur Indian kitchen mein aap ko dhaniya zaroor
nazar aye ga. Is ko English mein “Coriander” kehte hain.
Dhaniya khane ki khushboo aur zaiqe ko barha deta hai. Is ki
khushboo aur zaiqa khanay ko char-chand laga dete hain. Agar yeh kaha jaye keh
dhaniya har kitchen ki zaroorat tha, hai aur rahe ga to ghalat na ho ga.
Magar jo dhaniya aap bazaar se khareed kar laate hain wo ya
to taza nahin hota ya phir jaldi kharab ho jata hai. Doosra is ko zyada dair
tak store bhi nahin kiya ja sakta.

1. Dhaniya Ke Beej
Dhaniya ek common cheez hai. Is ke beej bohat aasani se mil
jate hain. Aap kisi bhi nursery ya grocery store se dhaniya ke beej khareed
sakte hain.
2. Kyari ya Gamla
Dhaniya ugane ke liye aap ke paas zameen ka ek chhota sa
tukra ya kyari honi chahiye. Aap is ko gamle mein bhi uga sakte hain.
Agar aap gamle mein uga rahe hain to kam se kam 6 se 8 inch
gehra gamla istemal karen jismein pani nikalne ke liye holes bhi hon. Zameen
mein uga rahe hain to ek chhoti si kyari tayar karen.
3. Mitti
Dhaniya ugane ke liye jo mitti aap istemal kar rahe hon wo
saaf aur zarkhaiz (fertile) honi chahiye.
4. Pani
Dhaniya ko dene ke liye taza aur saaf pani istemal karen. Hath
ke sath pani ka chhirkao karen. Pani dene ke liye aap “Watering Can” ya “Spray Bottle”
bhi istemal kar sakte hain.
5. Dhoop
Dhaniya ko din mein kam se kam 4 se 6 ghante ki direct dhoop ki
zaroorat hoti hai. Agar aap kyari bana rahe hain to kyari aisi jagah par honi
chahiye jahan par direct dhoop parti ho. Agar aap gamle mein ugana chahte hain
to gamle ko kisi dhoop wali jagah par rakhein.
Note: Lekin zyada garmi wale ilaqon mein itni dhoop ki
zaroorat nahin hoti.
Dhaniya Ugane Ka Step-by-Step Tarika
1. Beej Ko Tayar Karna
Dhaniya ke beej asal mein do chhotay beejon ko mila kar bante
hain. In ko alag karne se beej zyada ugte hain.
Ek muthi dhaniya ke beej len. In ko kisi sakht jagah par rakh
kar halke hath se rol karen taake do hisson mein toot jayen. Zyada zor se na
dabayen kyun keh is se beej damage ho sakte hain.
Is ke baad in beejon ko raat bhar pani mein bhigo den. Aisa
karne se beej ke ugne ka amal tez ho jata hai.
2. Gamla Ya Kyari Tayar Karna
Gamla
Agar aap gamlay mein dhaniya uga rahe hain to gamlay ke neechay
pani nikalne ke holes ko check karen. Agar holes nahin hain to bana len. Gamla mitti
se bhar den. Mitti ko halka halka sa daba kar level kar len.
Kyari
Agar aap ne zameen mein kyari banai hui hai to kyari mein
mitti ko level kar len.
Mitti Kis Tarah Ki Honi Chahiya?
Yahan ek baat bohat ahm hai keh mitti kis tarah ki honi
chahiye? Dhaniya ugane ke liye narm aur bhur-bhuri mitti behtar rehti hai.
Chikni ya sakht mitti mein dhaniya achha nahin ugta. Agar mitti sakht ho to us
mein thori si rait (sand) shamil kar len. Is ke ilawa is mitti mein thori si gobar
ki khaad bhi shamil kar len.
Ghodi Kitni Karni Hai?
Ghodi ka matlab hota hai mitti ko naram karna, khodna ya
palatna. Ye woh aml hai jis mein zameen ki oper wali teh ko bhur-bhura kiya
jata hai.
Zameen ko kam az kam 6 se 8 inch tak ghodi karen. Is ka
matlab yeh hai keh kyari mein mitti ko 6 se 8 inch tak narm karen. Ghodi karne se
mitti narm ho jati hai aur pani ka naqas (drainage) behtar hota hai.
3. Beej Bona
Tayar shuda beejon ko mitti ki satah par phaila den. Beejon
ko zyada qareeb qareeb na rakhen taake har poday ko barhne ke liye jagah milay.
Beejon ke ooper mitti ki ek bareek si teh charha den. Beejon
ko bohat zyada gehra nahin bona chahiye kyun keh is se beej ko ugne mein mushkil
hoti hai.
4. Pani Dena
Beej bonay ke baad mitti ko achhi tarah pani den. Spray
bottle ka istemal behtar hota hai is se beej apni jagah par hi rehte hain. Aap
hath ke sath bhi pani ka chhirkao kar sakte hain.
Mitti ko hamesha nam rakhne ki koshish karen. Lekin zyada
pani bhi nahin dena kyun keh is se beej gal sakte hain.
Dhaniya Ugane Ke Baad Zaroori Dekh-Bhaal
1. Rozana 4 Se 6 Ghante Ki Dhoop
Dhaniya ko dhoop bohat pasand hoti hai. Matlab keh dhaniya ko
dhoop ki zaroorat hoti hai. Agar aap dhaniya gamlay mein uga rahe hain to
gamlay ko kisi aisi jagah par rakhen jahan din mein 4 se 6 ghante ki direct
dhoop parti ho.
2. Mitti Khushk Na Ho
Mitti ko rozana check karte rahen aur jab mitti ki ooper wali
satah khushk mehsoos ho to pani den. Garmiyon mein rozana pani dene ki zaroorat
hoti hai.
Dhaniya Ko Ugne Mein Kitne Dinon Ka Waqt Lagta Hai?
Dhaniya ko ugne mein takreeban 7 se 14 dinon tak ka waqt
lagta hai. Takreeban 7 se 14 dinon ke baad aap ko chotay chotay dhaniya ke poday
nazar aana shuru ho jayen ge.
Dhaniya Ko Kab Kaat Kar Istemal Kiya Ja Sakta Hai?
Jab dhaniya ke poday 6 se 8 inch tak lambe ho jayen aur un
mein kam se kam 3 se 4 patte aa jayen to aap is ko kaat kar istemal kar sakte
hain.
Poday ko jar se ukharnay ki bajaye, baher walay patton ko neeche se kaat kar istemal karen. Is tarah poday dobarah barhen gay aur aap kai hafton tak taza dhaniya hasil kar saken ge.
