Jamun ek nihayat hi mufeed aur mazedar phal hai. Jamun ka
poda ek bara darakht ban jata hai jo phal bhi deta hai aur saya bhi deta hai. Is
ke phal aur beej ke kai tibbi fawaid (medical benefits) bhi hain.
Bohat se log ghar mein Jamun ka poda ugana ya lagana chahte
hain lekin sahi maloomat na hone ki wajah se kamyab nahin ho pate.

Jamun Ka Poda Ugane Ka Sahi Waqt Konsa Hota Hai?
Jamun ka poda ugane ke liye sab se ideal waqt barsaat ka
mosam hota hai.
Barsaat mein hawa mein nami (humidity) zyada hoti hai aur
mitti nam rehti hai. Jamun ke beej ko ugne ke liye nami ki bohat zyada zaroorat
hoti hai.
Doosra jamun ka poda ugane ke liye taza phal ki guthli zyada
behtar hoti hai jo keh barsaat ke mosam mein aasani se mil jati hai.
Agar aap barsaat mein nahin uga sake to jamun ka poda ugane
ka doosra behtareen waqt Bahar (Spring) ka mosam hota hai.
Jamun ka poda ugane ka mukammal tarika step-by-step:
1. Jamun Ke Taza Aur Saaf Beej Ka Istemal Karen
Jamun ka poda ugane ke liye hamesha taza (fresh) phal ka beej
istemal karen. Purane ya khushk beej ke ugne ke chances bohat kam hote hain.
Jamun khane ke baad guthliyon ko achi tarah dho lein. In ko
is tarah se dhona hai keh phal ka godha (pulp) saaf ho jaye. Lekin kisi cheez
se ragarna nahin hai. Is se beej damage ho jate hain.
Guthliyon ko 24 ghante ke liye pani mein bhigo dein. Is se
beej naram ho jate hain aur jaldi ugte hain.
2. Mitti Aisi Ho Jis Mein Pani Jama Na Hota Ho
Jamun ka poda ugane ke liye aisi mitti behtar hoti hai jis
mein pani rukta na ho. Is ke liye 50% sada mitti aur 50% gobar ki purani khaad ko
mix kar lena chahiye.
Agar aap gamlay mein uga rahe hain to gamlay ke neeche surakh
(holes) zaroor hon.
Note: Jamun ka poda ek bara darakht banta hai is liye is ko
mitti mein ugana zyada behtar hota hai.
3. Jamun Ki Guthli Ko Mitti Mein Lagana
Mitti mein taqreeban 1 se 2 inch gehra surakh ya garha khod lein.
Jamun ki 2 ya 3 guthliyon ko garhe mein rakh kar in ke oper thori thori mitti
daal dein.
Is ke foran baad halka halka sa pani de dein. Mitti ko sirf nam
(moist) rakhna hai, keechar nahin banne dena.
4. Zaroori Dekh-Bhaal
Dhoop
Shuru shuru ke dino mein gamlay ko kisi aisi jagah par rakhen
jahan subah ki 2 se 3 ghante ki dhoop aati ho. Jab poda 6 se 7 inch ka ho jaye
to ise mukammal dhoop mein rakha ja sakta hai.
Pani
Jamun ke poday ko nami pasand hoti hai. Is ko garmiyon mein
rozana pani dena chahiye magar sardiyon mein tab hi pani dena chahiye jab oper
ki mitti khushk nazar aaye.
5. Jamun Ki Guthli Se Poda Ugne Ka Waqt
Jamun ki guthli ya beej se poda ugne mein taqreeban 15 se 30
din lagte hain.
Note: Jab poda taqreeban 1 foot tak lamba ho jaye to ise gamlay se nikaal kar zameen mein shift kar dena chahiye.
