Aloo Ugane Ka Mukammal Tarika
Agar aap baghbani (gardening) ka shoq rakhte hain aur apne
ghar par taza sabziyan ugate rahte hain to phir aap ko aloo (potatoes) ugane ki
zaroorat to zaroor parhe gi. Kyun keh is sabzi ke baghair aap ka baagicha aur
kitchen dono na-mukammal hain.
Aloo lagane aur ugane ka kaam bohot mushkil nahin hai. Agar aloo
ko sahi waqt aur sahi tareeqe se lagaya jaye to aap ko behtareen results mil
sakte hain.

Aloo Ugane Ke Liye Zaroori Cheezein
1. Aloo Lagane Ka Sahi Waqt
Aloo ugane ke liye sab se zaroori cheez hai sahi waqt.
Pakistan aur India jaise mumalik mein aloo lagane ka sab se acha waqt October
aur November ke mahine hote hain. In mahino mein mosam thora thanda ho raha
hota hai. Is ke ilawa, February aur March mein bhi aloo ko lagaya ja sakta hai.
2. Aloo Ka Sahi Beej (Seed)
Aloo ke sahi beej ka intekhaab karna bhi bohat zaroori hota
hai. Aap ko bazar se khareede hue aam aloo istemal nahin karne chahiye. Is ke
bajaye, “Seed Potatoes” khareedein jo khas tor par ugane ke liye tayar kiye
jaate hain. Yeh aloo bemariyon se paak hote hain aur in ki growth bhi achi hoti
hai.
Note: Agar aap ke paas “Seed Potatoes” nahin hain to aap aam
aloo se bhi beej bana sakte hain. Aloo ke beej banane ka tarika neeche bataya
gaya hai.
3. Aloo Lagane Ke Liye Zameen Ki Tayari
Aloo ugane ke liye mitti ka naram aur zarkhez (fertile) hona
zaroori hota hai. Aap ne apne garden ki mitti ko khod khod kar ya godi karke naram
kar lena hai. Aap is mitti mein “Compost” ya “Manure” mila kar isay aur behtar
bana sakte hain. Mitti jitni zyada zarkhez ho gi aloo ke poday itni hi zyada
growth karen gay.
Aloo Ke Beej Banane Aur Lagane Ka Tarika
1. Aloo Ke Beej Banane Ka Tarika
Agar aap ke paas seed potatoes nahin hain to aap aam aloo se
bhi beej bana sakte hain lekin is mein kuch ehtiyat zaroori hai. Aloo ka beej banane
ka tarika yeh hai:
2. Sahi Aloo Ka Intekhab
Beej banane ke liye aise tamam aloo choose karein jo sehat
mand hon aur un par kisi qism ki bemari waghera ka nishan na ho. Behtar ho ga
ke aap darmiyaney size ke aloo select karen.
3. Ankhon (Eyes) Ki Pehchan
Har aloo par chote chote gadde hote hain in ko "ankhein" kehte hain. Yahi woh jagah hoti hai jahan se naya poda ugta hai. Aap ko aise aloo lene hain jin par kam se kam 2 se 3 ankhein hon.
4. Aloo Ke Tukre Karna
Har aloo ke chhuri ke sath is tarah se tukre karein ke har
tukre par kam se kam 2 ankhen zaroor hon. Har tukre ka wazan taqreeban 50 se 60
gram hona chahiye.
Note: Aloo ke tukre hi aloo ka beej hote hain. Is ka koi alag
se beej nahin hota.
5. Tukron Ko Khuli Hawa Mein Sukhana
Tukre karne ke baad in ko thori dair ke liye khuli hawa mein
rakhen taake un par ek sakht jild ban jaye. Is se woh mitti mein galen ge nahin
aur bemariyon se bhi mehfooz rahen ge. Yeh amal bohot zaroori hai.
Aloo Ke Beej Lagane Ka Tarika
Beej banane ke baad agla kaam hai is beej ko zameen mein
lagana. Aloo ke beej lagate waqt neeche batai hui baaton ka khyal rakhna hai.
Aloo ka beej lagane ka tarika yeh hai:
1. Jaga (Space)
Aloo ke tukron ko mitti mein 6 se 8 inch tak gehra lagana hai.
Har tukre ke darmiyan kam se kam 10 se 12 inch tak ka faasla rakhna hai. Aisa
karne se podon ki nash-o-numa achi ho gi.
2. Sahi Rukh (Direction)
Aloo ke har tukre ko is tarah se lagana hai keh us ki
"ankhein" oper ki taraf ko hon. Kyun keh jahan se hi naya poda
nikalna hota hai.
3. Pani
Aloo ke beej lagane ke foran baad halka halka pani dena hai.
Baad mein mitti ko sirf nam rakhna hai. Zyada pani nahin dena. Kyun keh is se
aloo ke tukre gal sakte hain.
Aloo Ke Podon Ki Zaroori Dekh-Bhaal
Jab poday taqreeban 7 se 9 inch oonche ho jaen to un ke gird
mazeed mitti daal dein. Is amal ko "Hilling" kehte hain. Yeh aloo ko
suraj ki roshni se bachata hai aur mazeed aloo banne mein madad karta hai.
Aloo Ki Fasal Ki Katai Ka Sahi Waqt Aur Tarika
Aloo ki fasal taqreeban 70 se 100 din mein tayar ho jati hai.
Jab podon ke patte peele ho kar sookh jaen aur girne lagein to samajh lein ke
aloo nikaalne ka waqt aa gaya hai.
Aloo mitti se nikaalne ke liye “Kassi” ya “Belche” ka istemal
karen aur ahtiyat se mitti se aloo bahir nikaalein. Is ke baad in ko dhoop mein
kuch dair ke liye sookhne dein. Dhoop mein sukhane ke baad in ko store kar lein.
Ghar par ugaye hue aloo ka maza hi alag hota hai. Is aasan tareeqe par amal kar ke aap bhi apne baagiche se taza aur organic aloo haasil kar sakte hain.
