Pakistan mein “Gannay Ka Ras (Juice)” bohat mashhoor mashroob hai. Gannay ke ras se hi gur aur cheeni tayyar kiye jate hain. Punjab mein gannay ki fasal bohat zyada kasht ki jati hai.

Gannay Ka Beej Lagane Ke Liye Sahi Mosam Konsa Hota Hai?

Gannay Ugane Ke Liye 2 Buniyadi Cheezen

Gannay ugane ke liye sab se pehle do buniyadi cheezon ki zaroorat hoti hai. Ek gannay ka beej aur doosri gannay ugane ke liye jagah.

1. Gannay Ka Beej Tayyar Karne Ka Tarika

Gannay ugane ke liye beej tayyar karna parta hai. Is ke liye aap ne ek sehatmand aur taza ganna le kar us ke chote chote tukre karne hain. Har tukre ka size taqreeban 1 feet tak hona chahiye.

Aap ne dekha ho ga keh ek gannay ke kai jor (joints) hote hain aur har jor par ek aankh bani hoti hai. Isi aankh se gannay ka naya poda ugta hai.

Aap ne gannay ke tukre karte waqt is baat ka khayal rakhna hai keh har tukre mein kam-az-kam ek jor zaroor hona chahiye. Jis tukre mein jor na ho us ko beej ke tor par istemal nahin karna.

Note: Tukre karte waqt aankh ko damage nahin karna.

2. Zameen Tayyar Karne Ka Tarika

Beej tayyar karne ke baad doosra kaam hai zameen tayyar karna. Ab aap ne beej bonay ke liye zameen tayyar karni hai.

Gannay ki fasal ko baar baar pani dena parta hai. Is liye aap ne sab se pehle ek kiyari bana leni hai. Taake pani us kiyari se bahir na ja sake.

Mitti zyada sakht nahin honi chahiye. Gannay ugane ke liye mitti zarkhez honi chahiye.

Sab se pehle aap ne kiyari ke andar mitti ko tor kar naram karna hai. Is ke liye aap ne sari kiyari mein khurpay ya belche ke sath godi (khudai) karni hai. Agar hal chalana mumkin ho to aap hal bhi chala sakte hain.

Mitti ko naram karne ke baad is mein gobar ki khaad shamil karni hai. Agar mitti sakht ho to is mein thori rait (sand) bhi shamil kar sakte hain. Is ke baad mitti, rait aur gobar ki khaad ko achi tarah se mix karna hai.

Teeno cheezon ko achi tarah se mix karne ke baad mitti ki satah ko barabar ka lena hai.

Gannay Ka Beej Bonay Ka Tarika

Sab se pehle aap ne mitti ke oper qataaren (rows) bana leni hain. Ek se doosri qataar ke darmiyan taqreeban 2 feet ka faasla rakhna hai.

Is ke baad aap ne har qataar mein chote chote garhay (pits) khodne hain. Ek se doosre garhay ke darmiyan bhi taqreeban 2 feet ka faasla rakhna hai.

In garhon ki gehrai aap ne 2 inch tak rakhni hai. Jabkeh lambai aur churai beej (gannay ke tukre) ke hisaab se rakhni hai.

Ab aap ne har garhay mein gannay ka ek tukra rakh kar oper mitti daal deni hai. Mitti zyada nahin daalni. Mitti ki teh zyada se zyada sirf 1 inch tak honi chahiye.

Gannay Ka Beej Lagane Ka Tarika

Note: Ek garhay mein gannay ka sirf ek tukra rakhna hai.

Sara beej mukammal karne ke baad aap ne kiyari ko pani se bhar dena hai. Lekin pani 2 se 3 ghanton ke baad khushk ho jana chahiye. Sirf mitti geeli rehni chahiye. Kiyari mein pani jama nahin karna.

Gannay Ke Beej Se Poda Nikalne Mein Kitne Din Lagte Hain?

Gannay ke beej (gannay ke tukray) se poda nikalne mein aam tor par 7 se 15 din lagte hain. Yeh mosam, mitti aur pani ki miqdaar par bhi depend karta hai.

  • Garam mosam mein taqreeban 7 se 10 din mein konpal nikal aati hai.
  • Thande mosam mein 12 se 15 din ya is se zyada bhi lag sakte hain.
  • Sehatmand aur taza gannay ke tukray lagane se behtar natija milta hai.

Gannay Ki Fasal Ki Zaroori Dekh-Bhaal

1. Pani Kab Aur Kitna Dena Hai?

Gannay ki fasal ko pani mosam aur mitti ke hisaab se dena hota hai. Lekin aam tor par yeh schedule behtar rehta hai.

Pani Kab Dena Hai:

  • Beej lagane ke foran baad halka pani dena hai.
  • Us ke baad 5 se 7 din ke baad dobara pani dena hai.
  • Garam mosam mein har 6 se 8 din ke baad pani dena hai.
  • Thande mosam mein har 10 se 15 din ke baad pani dena hai.

Kitna Pani Dena Hai:

  • Pani ko jama nahin karna bas mitti ko geela rakhna hai.
  • Itna pani dena hai keh zameen 6 se 8 inch tak tar ho jaye.
  • Zyada pani se jarein gal sakti hain.

Note: Agar mitti ko hath se dabane par nami mehsoos ho to pani rok dein. Roz roz pani dene ki zaroorat nahin hoti.

2. Khaad Kab Daalni Hai?

Gannay ki fasal ko khaad dena bohat zaroori hota hai. Aap ne khaad neeche bataye hue schedule ke mutabiq daalni hai.

Zameen tayyar karte waqt gobar ki sari hui khaad mitti mein mila deni hai. Yeh bunyadi ghiza deti hai.

Poday Nikalne Ke 25 Se 30 Din Ke Baad

Poday nikalne ke 25 se 30 din ke baad pehli dafa chemical khaad daalni hai.

60 Se 70 Din Ke Baad

Doosri dafa aap ne 60 se 70 din ke baad khaad daalni hai.
