Jab poday 4 se 6 inch tak lambay ho jayen aur har poday par 2 se 3 patte bhi nikal ayen to aap ki shimla mirch ki paneeri lagane ke liye tayar hai.

Shimla Mirch Ke Podon Ke Liye Sahi Jagah

Shimla mirch ke podon ke liye dhoop wali jagah achi hoti hai. Shimla mirch ke podon ko lagane ke liye kisi aisi jagah ko select karein jahan kam az kam 6 se 8 ghantay ki seedhi dhoop atti ho.

Misaal ke tor par, agar aap ne peele rang ki mirchon ka beej lagaya hai to jab mirchon ka rang peela ho jaye aur mirchon ka size bhi munasib ho jaye to aap mirchon ko tor sakte hain.

Mirchon ko kaatne ke liye tez chhuri ya qainchi istemal karein. Phal ko dandi (stem) ke sath kaat lena hai.
