Kheera Kya Hota Hai?
Kheere ko English mein “Cucumber” kaha jata hai. Kheera ek
mashhoor sabzi hai jo zyada tar garmiyon ke mosam mein khai jati hai. Kheere ko
sab se zyada salad mein istemal kiya jata hai.
Yeh sirf tazgi aur pani ka behtareen zariya nahin hai balki
sehat ke liye bhi bohat faidemand hai. Kheere mein vitamins, minerals aur
hydration ki achhi miqdaar mojood hoti hai.

Kheera Ugane Ka Step by Step Tarika
Kheere ugane ke liye yahan kuch aasan steps bataye ja rahe
hain. In steps par amal kar ke aap aasani ke sath apne ghar ya kisi bhi doosri jagah
par taza kheere uga saken gay.
Kheere Ugane Ke Liye Behtareen Mosam Aur Waqt
Kheera buniyadi tor par garmiyon ki sabzi hai. Is ko ugane ke
liye dhoop aur thori tapish ki zaroorat hoti hai.
1. Behtareen Waqt
February se le kar April tak aur phir July se August tak kheere
ugane ka sab se acha waqt hota hai.
2. Behtareen Mosam
Kheere ke podon ya bail ko rozana kam-az-kam 6 se 8 ghante ki
dhoop ki zaroorat hoti hai.
Kheere Ugane Ke Liye Beej Ka Intikhab
Kheere ugane ke liye hamesha achi quality ke
"Hybrid" ya "Desi" beej istemal karein. Is se paidawar achi
hoti hai.
Beej bone se pehle unhein 4 se 5 ghante tak pani mein bhigo kar
rakhein. Is se beej jaldi ugte hain.
Note: Aap kheere ke beejon ko seedha gamlay mein ya zameen
mein laga sakte hain.
Kheere Ugane Ke Liye Mitti Kis Tarah Ki Ho?
Kheere ugane ke liye mitti narm aur zarkhaiz honi chahiye. Is
mein pani jama na hota ho.
Mitti tayyar karne ka formula:
- 50% mitti (Garden soil)
- 30% Gobar ki khad (Compost)
- 20% Rait (Sand)
In sab ko mila kar mixture tayyar kar lein.
Note: Agar aap gamlay mein uga rahe hain to kam-az-kam 12 se
14 inch ka gamla istemal karein.
Kheere Ke Beej Bone Ka Sahi Tarika
Sab se pehle mitti tayyar karein. Mitti naram aur saaf honi
chahiye. Beej lagane se pehle mitti ko thora sa geela kar lein taake beej aasani
se ug sakein.
Ab ek lakri ki madad se mitti mein taqreeban 1 inch gehre
chhote chhote gaddhay bana lein. Har gaddhay mein 2 ya 3 kheere ke beej daal
dein. Aisa is liye kiya jata hai ke agar koi ek beej na uge to doosra beej ug
aaye.
Beej lagane ke baad unhein halki halki mitti se dhaanp dein.
Zyada mitti na daalein warna beej ko ugne mein mushkil ho sakti hai.
Aakhir mein halka halka sa pani de dein. Itna pani kafi ho ga
ke mitti geeli rahe aur pani jama bhi na ho. Rozana mitti check karte rahein
aur jab bhi mitti sookhi lage to thora sa pani dete rahein.
Kheere Ke Beejon Se Poday Kitne Din Baad Nikal Aate Hain?
Kheere ke beejon se taqreeban 5 se 7 din mein chote chote poday
nikalna shuru ho jate hain.
Zaroori Dekh-Bhaal
Kheere ki bail (vine) tezi se phailti hai. Is liye ise
tawajjo ki zaroorat hoti hai.
1. Pani
Mitti ko hamesha nam (moist) rakhna hai lekin keechar bhi nahin
banne dena. Garmiyon mein rozana subah ya sham ke waqt pani dena hai.
2. Sahara (Support)
Kheere ki ek bail hoti hai. Jab poda 1 foot ka ho jaye to ise
kisi lakri, rassi ya jaal (trellis) ka sahara dein taake bail oper charh sake.
Is se phal mitti se door rehta hai aur kharab nahin hota.
3. Khad
Har 15 se 20 din ke baad thori si Gobar ki khad ya Liquid
fertilizer (N-P-K) daalni hai.
4. Bemariyon Aur Keeron Se Hifazat
Kheeron par aksar safaid powder (Powdery Mildew) ya keeray
hamla karte hain. In se bachne ke liye Neem Oil ki spray har 15 din ke baad
karte rahein.
Kheere Kitne Din Ke Baad Tayyar Ho Jate Hain?
Beej lagane ke taqreeban 50 se 60 din ke baad kheere bail se utarne
ke liye tayyar ho jate hain.
Note: Kheeron ko zyada bare na hone dein, kyun ki zyada bare
kheere karway ho sakte hain aur un mein beej sakht ho jate hain.
Kheere ugana mushkil kaam nahin hai. Agar aap sahi waqt, achi mitti, munasib pani aur thori si dekh-bhaal ka khayal rakhein to aap aasani se ghar par hi taza kheere uga sakte hain.
